Mrs. Hazra Surve is a passionate educator and progressive personality with a flair for mentoring and coaching. As a leader, her vision is to impart holistic education and create a powerful impact on today's generation. She amplified from a teaching background & now has dynamic practical experience in K – 12 schooling, School administration and operations, through her association with leading educational organizations.

She believes in creating techniques and applications to empower teaching style towards improvement of learning abilities, foster intellectual curiosity and a life-long enjoyment of learning in a learner centric school environment.

She also promotes to offer a balanced and challenging curriculum which encourages high academic aspirations, enriching range of co-curricular activities, a creative and artistic sensitivity, physical endeavour and spiritual and moral awareness in K -12 schooling

Currently She is pursuing her Phd in Education, Researching on the topic "Schools participation in students’ academic achievement in public and private schools".
