They are able to do so through programmes like 60 Hour Teacher Training programme, EuroSchool Teacher Assessment Test, a curriculum communication platform like Argus and Report Bee which is a student report and performance sharing platform. The teachers at EuroSchool are assisted in their endeavour by CEREBRUM which is the Academic Research and Development Wing at EuroSchool. It comprises a team of highly motivated and experienced experts who ideate, conceptualise and implement new and advanced ideas of teaching methodologies and practices.

Discovering themselves comes to EuroSchool students through various endeavours that we undertake for their all-round development. From Hooked on Books that fosters a love for reading, a Science Journal that involves experiments, and Go Green, a skill-based assessment test for measuring the students’ understanding of concepts, to an Olympiad that involves competitive exams and Altius that builds their confidence and helps them become independent learners, we ensure EuroSchool students are on the path to educational excellence.
Not just cultural exposure, but a strong sense of community building is also essential for students. So that they develop qualities like good character, citizenship, fairness, concern for others and personal responsibility. Global programmes like ISA, EUMIND and IAYP offer EuroSchool students the opportunity to contribute towards community building.
We believe children can only grow and achieve educational excellence within a healthy and safe environment. Aptly, EuroSchool has advanced security procedures which make students feel safe and succeed academically, emotionally and socially. Our Weight Loss Programme aims at minimizing the weight of the school bags and the Safe School initiative aims at creating a safe environment for children.
A strong sense of community building can only come with the help of right traits of team work, mutual respect, communication and stress management. The EuroSchool curriculum includes opportunities & activities that help students develop life skills for facing the challenges of everyday life with a positive attitude. And sport is an active part of it. Learning, practicing and mastering the basic skills of sport is one of the foundations of coaching, sports performance and athletic training provided at EuroSchool.
Though we ensure that students learn amidst a safe environment, we make sure they gain exposure to different cultures. So that they learn to appreciate and respect them. Through our Science Quizzes, Math Club competitions, Spelling Bees, Hues, The Debate and Omaggio, we offer students enough avenues for gaining substantial experience, skills & talent, analyzing & evaluating outcomes, and discovering personal aptitude.
Apart from skill development, programmes under Lifelong Learning go a long way in helping students obtain conceptual mastery and imbibe values like honesty, integrity and truthfulness for life. Various Academic & Non-Academic Clubs, Outbound Educational Programmes, and Sparks – an initiative for instilling great values & virtues – enrich EuroSchool students with vivid experiences that enhance their personality and help them discover themselves.

But the need of 21st century children is way beyond that. I want that our students should be imparted an all-round education and can become multidimensional. We promise to create a symphony in the hearts of our young scholars so that it radiates and drives them to dream big.
Our teachers work closely with students to foster synergy and equanimity. They are more like mentors who guide students in their formative years. As life-long learners, teachers have to reinvent themselves professionally and personally continually. To teach the 21st-century student, teachers have to become 21st-century learners themselves. They can do so through the following programmes:-
60 Hour Teacher Taining Programme is an on-going professional development initiative which ensures that every teacher has gained 60 hours of training during the academic year. The programme is categorised into 6 core components which are: Academic Competencies, Academic & Administrative Processes, EuroSchool Fit, Classroom Management, Communication and Leadership Skills.

“TO TEACH IS TO TOUCH LIVES FOREVER” I am passionate about helping students grow both academically and socially by tailoring their attitudes toward learning. I believe moulding of students into a responsible citizen is education and so I work to build a holistic approach in my classroom. This is my eighth year in EUROSCHOOL CHIMNEY HILLS. I have learnt a lot from various workshops and from other senior teachers which enabled me to use this knowledge and experience within my own classes. When I joined EUROSCHOOL, I was the class teacher for grade 3. I got promoted with the same set of students each year, now they are the wonderful batch of grade 10. I have a special bond with my batch where in I too had learning experience with them. I would like to instill in my students, the values that will allow them to become hard workers, innovators and problem solvers, so that they can improve all aspects of their lives.
“Excellence is a continuous process and not an accident” - A.P.J Adbul Kalam
EuroSchool is an ocean of knowledge. I still remember the day when I walked in for an interview, looking for a future at EuroSchool, which led me to the start of an amazing, beautiful and wonderful journey of 8 years. Each day at EuroSchool is a fresh new learning day, which has made me learn and helped me in moulding myself into a complete human being. EuroSchool helps you in becoming better educators and gives you the tools and capabilities to impart knowledge to kids in the best way. EuroSchool gives you a welcoming environment to learn and to teach and thus truly feel like a second home.
“Being a EuroSchool Foundation Employee for more than 7 years is a matter of pride for me. My 14 years of work experience in other companies prior to EuroSchool never had a profound impact on my personal life, but the moment I joined EuroSchool, I could feel that I could identify the values of “Be Bold, Be Sensitive, Be Analytic, Be Customer Centric, Be Team Player, Be Transparent, Focus on Incidents and their Impact, Move Fast, Be Open & Build Social Value” officially. These values have also cascaded into my personal life and I am very proud to reflect my company values in my personal life too. I always treasure my time spent in EuroSchool”
“In learning you will teach, and in teaching you will learn”. It is a wonderful journey of seven years with the EuroSchool children where I imparted knowledge and was able to motivate many students. Students spend most of their hours with teachers, thus I believe we have a huge role to play in the life of students. A teacher will become successful when she will be able to build the character of a person more than anything.
Life is a journey with problems to solve, lessons to learn, but most of all experiences to enjoy. It gives me immense pleasure to unwind my journey that I have travelled through these seven years. It was in June 2011, I became a part of this esteemed institution. I initially joined as an Art, Craft Teacher at Euro School Chimney Hills. Using the 3D software’s, I created a project titled ‘Save Plants’, on the environment day as a small contribution I screened the project to the students The project earned me an extra designation as an ART & ANIMATION teacher at Euro school Chimney Hills. A very prominent moment for me, without which my journey would be incomplete, is that a student of Euro School, the 2016-2017 batch, under my guidance won the first place in the ‘CBSE Expression Series’ in Karnataka. Adding on, I am the lead activity teacher, bulletin board committee head which makes me feel honoured. I have done Graphic designing for banners and invitations for different events. I received an appreciation from CBSE head office for submitting the Art work terracotta mural taught to students. It was a very proud moment for me when I was announced as the Art Craft & CBSE Co-ordinator for the academic session 2018-19. I am extremely thankful to the entire institution for giving me an opportunity to showcase my talent. I owe a special thanks to our Principal, Ms Geeta Subramaniam for encouraging me, believing in me and giving me responsibilities that I am capable of.
It seems like it was just yesterday that I started my teaching career at EuroSchool - Chimney Hills, where we have our highly effective school Principal Mrs Geeta Subramaniam, who is a pillar of strength. I feel immense gratitude towards EuroSchool for providing me with institutional support and unlimited opportunities to develop my potentials, in order to be an effective teacher. Everyday has brought something new - a new experience, a new learning, a new achievement. No other profession provides you the satisfaction of building multiple professionals, who will span the world to spread the best of what you’ve instilled in them, in the form of values.
I have completed my seven successful years in this school and now it’s the eighth academic year. I remember that day when I stepped in the school for my interview. With the fear in my heart and inner strength, I walked sure footedly to meet the principal. The connection that I was able to make with our esteemed Principal helped me to fearlessly share the story of my 13 year journey detailing out all that I had achieved. I was a successful commercial artist who owned an advertising agency in the area, like Bombay stock exchange. I then became a journalist followed by my stint as an illustrator and a poet. I was also invited as a faculty at K.J.Somaiya institute of mass communication and research. I lived a life of comfort but then life took an U turn and it took a lot of strength and determination for me to step out of it and take a step towards a new life.
It was Mrs. Geeta Subramaniam who believed in me and said that,”I may not be able to offer you the life you had before but I can offer you a new start. You can take Yoga, Hindi and Art in our school.” She gave me the position of a Euro junior K.G. co-class teacher with Sandra ma’am along with a position to teach Yoga.
After 4 years of being the only Yoga teacher for all grades I was provided one more support teacher who helped me coach and guide the students of the school. For the last 2 years I have taken on the responsibility of training two teachers for Yoga and also had the responsibility to plan the syllabus for Yoga for all branches. The school has honored and trusted me to utilize my creativity in decorating the bulletin boards and teaching aids. An art I started sharing with other teachers as well. From Junior KG to Senior KG and then from last year Art teacher for Grade I to III, the journey has been slow but it’s consistent, steady and fulfilling.
It has been my privilege to work at EuroSchool, which is an ocean of opportunities, ably led by our beloved Principal, who is a friend, philosopher and guide, mentoring me both professionally and personally. She has immensely contributed to the overall growth of the individuals and the institution. I have accomplished a lot with improved knowledge of teaching, art and craft and mentoring the children at a very young age. Apart from this, I have been recognised by the school authorities and assigned as Lead teacher for 3 years, for which I’m happy and glad to render my service at all times.
From 2011, when I became a part of the EuroSchool family, I have accumulated a lot of knowledge on teaching methods, art and craft and classroom management. Apart from this, I have been recognized by the school authorities and assigned with different responsibilities like Safety member and Lead teacher for 3 years. I am happy to be of service at all times. I would like to thank everyone who have supported and guided me to reach this peak.
Our school is a home away from home. As a pre-primary teacher, I love kids and I believe that being a teacher though is not an easy task is truly fulfilling. It takes a long time to become a well-rounded teacher but our school has made that easy by conducting teachers' workshops at the beginning of each year. These workshops help to make teaching effective and teachers derive the benefits of these workshops which can then be implemented in the classroom.
I have learnt that being a teacher is getting to spend productive time with exuberant vivacious children. I feel connected with the young and see an overwhelming number of possibilities, opportunities to make best use of time, to mentor and nurture them as individuals, apart from teaching.
I am a practical learner. Though I have teaching experience of 10 years in other schools, when I joined EuroSchool I learnt it was a school where teaching was more activity based. I was very happy and felt it was for me. Here, I can share my ideas with students and make a difference. It was my dream of to have a successful teaching profession and EuroSchool has helped me achieve it. Somebody has rightly said I think I have learnt that the best way to lift oneself up is to help someone else .
I have enjoyed the diversity of tasks a day brings and even the unexpected challenges of tomorrow. I gained more knowledge in different facets of the company and it has given me the opportunity to learn about new topics and new things. EuroSchool provided me a great platform to build my career in the customer servicing/ client servicing department (administrative department), to show my potential. I am looking forward to start execution of my new duties and applying all my knowledge and skills for the betterment of the school and its students. I have had the pleasure working with this firm for over seven years and have found them to be a leader in terms of being a Knowledge Centre.
I work as an assistant librarian at EuroSchool , Chimney Hills. I joined Euro School in 2012. I am very happy to work here. I have learnt a lot of new things at this campus. My experience has been great. I enjoy working here as I love books and I also enjoy narrating stories to students.
A great teacher is one a student remembers and cherishes forever. Teachers have long-lasting impacts on the lives of their students, and the greatest teachers inspire students toward greatness. I think the most important characteristic of a teacher is to be friendly and pleasant with her students. At EUROSCHOOL, I found an environment which really supports my thought. Along with teaching for seven years, here in EUROSCHOOL I have learnt many personal and professional skills.
My experience in Euro school has been great from the time I joined. I have learnt a lot of creativity and I am very thankful for that. I consider Euro School as my second home as the environment is very comfortable and encouraging. I am very glad to be a part of the Euro Team.
One Child One Teacher One Book One Pen can change the world -Malala Yousafa
My first day at Euro school will be one to remember, the start of an amazing journey that will leave a mark on my world forever. 15 years of my traditional teaching found its transitions as I walked into the gates of EuroSchool. Good teachers become great teachers by going beyond the call of duty and beyond just textbooks. The workshops, seminars, and team projects conducted in EuroSchool not only helped me to educate the students but also enlightened me and encouraged me to be a better educator. Being a part of this esteemed institution encouraged me to “learn”, “explore” and “discover” beyond boundaries. I would like to conclude by extending my gratitude to the entire Euro team for moulding me to be an efficient teacher with the opportunities to inspire young minds.
I joined EuroSchool foundation in the year 2012 and it’s been a wonderful journey ever since. I am passionate about helping students grow both academically and socially by tailoring their attitudes toward learning, developing both short- and long-term educational needs and goals thereby giving students daily successes. I enjoy being in this school and amongst the kids as I get to learn something new every single day. I relive my school days here at EuroSchool , Chimney Hills.
"Teaching is learning twice" This is exactly what I experience every day .EuroSchool has identified my potential and has given me opportunities to grow professionally and personally. It's been an adventurous journey through the corridors of EuroSchool for the past six years. Every turn has brought home a new perspective and new opportunities.
It's amazing to explore the subject through the eyes of the students and this is indeed helping me to be a better facilitator and a better person. To be concise, I am a better me than what I was when I joined this school.
My journey in EuroSchool is an amalgamation of happiness, coordination, sharing knowledge and learning. Teaching small kids is the most fulfilling job and it makes you forget your worries when you realize how you are impacting the lives of these precious little ones. I am very grateful to our principal and all other teachers for their support, especially during hard times. I am very happy that I am a part of the Euro family.
It’s well said that a word of encouragement from an educator to a learner can change a life and a word of encouragement from a leader can inspire a team to reach their potential.
This is the ambience which we create in our school.
It’s been a glorious journey so far in EuroSchool. Twenty two years back then, I'd made my career decision to be a teacher and today I feel blessed having made such a wonderful decision in my life. Being a teacher is not all about teaching but also about learning, understanding, facilitating and appreciating and understanding the learners. This passion and excitement for education, fuels me to be a good teacher and leader.
Every day is an opportunity for new learning, new achievements and new experiences. Well to be laconic, all I would say is I would love to continue this prodigious journey in Euro school
Teaching is a very rewarding profession. This 5 years I have enjoyed watching my little ones as they’ve learned new concepts and progressed both academically and socially. It is amazing to know that my teaching is the foundation for their entire educational experience.
During my teaching experience, the first day of kindergarten has always been the hardest. But I could overcome all these because of the smiles that the children carried on their faces.
Even though I’m often faced with deep responsibilities and challenges, there’s no other job I would rather do as I love positively impacting the life of a child!
It is a blessing each day to be surrounded by children who trust me with their hugs, with their sweet words, and so much more!
At EuroSchool I have obtained a versatile experience. I have discovered that teaching is a profession where you learn as much as you teach. I have been able to organise many stressful situations in life easily because of handling lot of creative activities in school. I am very thankful to the institution for providing such a great opportunity which has helped me become a better educator to my students.
The teaching profession is a profession of great responsibility. Teachers play an extraordinary part in the lives of children in the formative years of their development. Being a role model to my students I did my best to maintain confidence of the students to keep a two way channel of communication with them. Along with academics, I have always motivated students to participate in the extracurricular activities in order to ensure students have an all-round development.
The art of learning as the quote goes along “By learning you will teach, by teaching you will learn”. The desire to be a teacher has started at home when I started nurturing my children. Later I could develop and excel getting an opportunity as a teacher at Kendriya vidhyalaya and further to Euro School being the curriculum student centric with effective teaching methods LRPA [learning reinforcing practice and application]. In euro school a teacher can have the best advanced teaching aids with audio visuals media, smart board, experiments and projects which are essential in real life. As a teacher I feel happy to work in close sync with students to bring out the inherent strengths. By and large the academics that has been provided has a platform to learn activities on robotics, arts, theatre, music and dance as well sports on overall development of kinaesthetic and spatial skills. The safety and wellness right begins when we enter Euro school as the discipline associating teachers, students, parents and school staff availing the best services. If one look at Euro school as a teacher I could find the balanced schooling in all respects on motivation, guidance, support with training classes making learn life easy enabling self on positive choices as a passion.
Sports are such a great teacher. I think of everything they’ve taught me: camaraderie, humility, how to resolve differences” I’m proud and happy to share that I started my career as teacher in EuroSchool & completed 6years with same ENTHUSIASM & SPORTSMANSHIP. It is most rewarding for teachers when they really make a difference in a child’s life... “Good players inspire themselves Great players inspire others” I’m happy that I have served and made Great players...
It gives me an immense pleasure to be a part of EuroSchool. Thank you, Team.
My first teaching experience in "Euro School" taught me a lot about what it means to be a teacher and a lot about myself. At first, it was incredibly difficult for me to figure out what I should do for every day, but with time, the process got a little bit easier, and I started getting more creative and was very excited about my position. For example, I always knew that going through WTP'S everyday was not easy, so I'm glad that I was able to have this experience to prepare myself for the class. I also learned that I do not have a good sense of time when I am teaching, so I now know to make sure to make a schedule of what will be done at what time. Teaching is a very complex activity. It involves planning for learning, organizing materials, prioritizing ideas, interacting with students, learning to "monitor and adjust", "differentiate instruction" for students of various abilities, and learning how to accomplish goals that sometimes seem to be mutually exclusive, all while keeping "control" of a class and meeting the expectations of parents, administrators, and peers. This teaching experience gave me a view of what it is that I could potentially be doing a few years from now, and I am more than excited to explore this amazing field that is education.

A platform to show ‘digitised achievement record cards'. The report cards display the scores for the effective assessment of a child’s progress.
A two way communications platform, between the schools and the Cerebrum Team. Communication is done through important documents like blue print, summative paper, sample paper, syllabus, reflection, worksheets, lesson plans, scope & sequence, home connect, almanac and event pictures.
All EuroSchool teachers are reviewed through the EuroSchool Teacher Assessment Tool at two intervals in an academic year. These scores help the Principals make informed decisions regarding a teacher’s career path.
