Reshma Shaikh

Reshma Shaikh carries over two decades of experience as a facilitator, administrator, educator, and leader. She is a trained educator and holds a Master’s degree in English. Besides being a published author with her research paper published in a Scopus-indexed journal, Reshma is also a Teacher Liaison with the ‘World Space Foundation’, Colorado Springs, USA, where she has contributed a paper on ‘Space Debris’. She carries the mantle of being a 3-timeTEDx Organiser, Licensee, and Curator. Reshma is a strong advocate of balancing academics with engaging and meaningful activities in order to optimize the learning experience of students. In addition to being a multiple-time awardee in the role of a Principal, she is also a certified internal ISO auditor, with the skill of setting processes and SOPs, required for day-to-day transactions in a School organization.

Having worked with noted Schools in Pune and Nasik, she now contributes actively to the learning ecosystem at EuroSchool Kharadi as its Principal, infusing over two decades of experience, expertise, and an ever-renewing zeal for excellence.
